Returns and Exchanges

Kiton offers a complimentary return service for all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the items remain in their original, pristine condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or made-to-measure garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Access your order history through your Kiton account or the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and designer labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Schedule Collection

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience or drop off the package at an authorized service point.
